Delivery
Online and In-store Delivery services are available. Shipping can be made to driveway, front-door, porch, garage, to the lobby or a designated loading area by previous request.
Products on high demand that are bought before your area is ready for them, may be able to be stored whenever possible for an additional fee. Just email us at info@tojaottawa.com
Times & Delays
The turn around time for Inventory Purchases is in average 1 week or less. For special purchases done from our Warehouse in Toronto, the turn-around time ranges from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the product.
There will be some occasions where a product is on high demand or backorder because of circumstances out of our control (such as the current pandemic), in these cases we will list our products as “on backorder”. We kindly advise you to email us at info@tojaottawa.com or call us at 613-695-6844.
Pricing
For Inventory Purchases the delivery fee is $150 within 20 km of our Ottawa Location. An additional cost per km will be applicable otherwise. For purchases done from our Warehouse in Toronto, there will be an added shipping fee of $100.
Removal and Recycling
Whenever possible, we can help you unpackage and dispose of the big packaging. However, as an incentive, we are offering customers $50.00 off their purchase to keep the cardboard and dispose it at their convenience.
CoVid Measures
Our delivery and transport services remain committed to safety measures so that our customers can continue to receive the home delivery they expect. Where COVID-19 restrictions allow, we are offering more choices than ever. We are conducting pre-screening calls and have equipped our delivery and service teams with safety equipment such as masks, hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes to use them when they determine necessary.
